This model eliminates the need for two separate vacuums as normal households usually has one for thorough cleaning and one for quick and easy touch-ups. The Eureka 437AZ has all the features, power and performance required in a vacuum cleaner. Added bonus here is the weight which is very light and it is as convenient as a stick.

The Eureka 437AZ has a 12-amp dual motor system that devotes one motor to suction and the other turns the rotating brushroll. The latter can be switched off for gentle hardwoods and other bare floors or delicate surfaces and can be switched on for cleaning carpets.

For economical reasons, this model gets an A. It has a bagless construction therefore eliminating the hassle and additional expense brought by buying disposable vacuum cleaner bags. Advantages
The Eureka 437AZ has very good suction and it captures even the finest dust in your home. Its small cleaning path helps clean furniture without moving it and its very lightweight making cleaning and the entire vacuuming operation very easy that even children can do it. It has retractable handles that adjusts depending on the users height therefore its family friendly, too! This retractable handle makes storage a breeze as well. All these and more in this very inexpensive vacuum cleaner. The availability of replacement parts in the Eureka website is also a plus.

Disadvantages
The sealed HEPA filtration system attracts dust fairly quick so it needs cleaning every so often, this will make you dread the next cleaning job. The stretched hose feels flimsy when over stretched. Another major complaint is that the user must tilt down the unit when cleaning as front exhaust blows debris in front.

It is understood that the Eureka 437AZ is not at all perfect, just like any other vacuum cleaner model. The good thing about this unit is it is inexpensive but it represents a very unique blend of power, ergonomics and easy of use. While some may say that the cleaning path is narrow, it can be maneuvered easily therefore making up for the reduced cleaning path. And this narrow cleaning path makes furniture cleaning very easy.
