The Hoover H3060 Floormate Spinscrub features a 15-inch cleaning path and dual motor system. This revolutionary all-in-one cleaner can be used to vacuum dry debris, wet-clean and dry hard floor surfaces including sealed hardwood, ceramic tile, marble, vinyl, and laminate as well. User can quickly switch between cleaning options using the EZ Select dial.

This models comes with Exclusive SpinScrub brushes that will gently and safely wet-scrub and buff hard floors, plus they pop out for rinsing clean. The seven Spinscrub brushes can be interchanged with the grout brushes with specially designed bristles for cleaning tile grout on large surfaces.

A handy accessory tote, tools for hard-to-reach areas, and a hose are also included. It comes with a portable kit that includes a telescoping wand with a swivel nozzle for cleaning around toilets, along with a grout-cleaning tool and grout brush to clean and brighten grout. Its wand, when used with attachments provides over 8 feet of total reach. Aside from this, the cleaner's fingertip trigger control allows where, when, and how much solution to apply. Separate solution and recovery tanks ensure dirty water never gets back onto the floor. It also has translucent 1/4-gallon-capacity tanks that can be removed for convenient filling or emptying.

Performance wise, the Hoover H3060 is not perfect. Many people favor it for hard wood floor cleaning but generally less favored its performance on linoleum and tile. Users with arthritis who finds wringing water out of the mop finds this model very helpful but those who really wanted thorough cleaning finds it a huge disappointment.

Compared to other vacuum cleaners of the same functions, the Hoover H3060 is far more expensive. It does better job in wet conditions, eliminating mopping and hand washing all together but when it comes to sucking dirt, it fails as it blows much dirt and does not do sufficient job in picking up debris.

Hoover H3060 on the other hand really stands with its claim that users don't have to bend over to do the floors with this model. It has a wand with three hand tools allowing you to extend your reach to 8 feet for cleaning around toilets into the grout around tiles. It also has two small tanks that separates clean and dirty water to prevent the water from being reused on the floor. The downside of this, because the tanks are small, you will be making many trips to the sink to do thorough cleaning. After cleaning, you will need to wipe down the machine and clean out the brushes, before folding and storing. For these reasons, you will not be getting any benefits in terms of time savings with this model. Cleaning will remain time consuming with this machine.

Advantages
The Hoover Floor Mate Spin Scrub 800 H3060 works really well as a wet floor cleaner and it has two useful tanks that separates the dirty from the clean water. This ensures you that the dirty water will not go back to the floor.

Disadvantages
Though it is said that this works both on wet and dry floors, this model shows efficiency on wet floors only therefore it is very expensive for simply cleaning floors. It is not efficient in vacuuming and is time consuming.
